NEXSHIELDAI provides managed AI business automation services, including (without limitation) AI voice receptionists, missed-call recovery, lead capture automation, appointment and booking infrastructure, CRM workflow setup, modern web infrastructure, and managed operations. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work.

Pricing for our services is communicated in writing before any work begins. One-time deployment fees are due as specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before activation of deployment work. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

Certain services (such as ongoing operations, monitoring, hosting, and managed infrastructure) are billed on a recurring monthly or periodic basis. Recurring subscriptions remain active until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Already-paid recurring fees are non-refundable. Service may be paused or suspended if a recurring payment fails.

Our services often rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to communication providers such as Twilio, automation and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, hosting providers, and payment processors). Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and pricing. NEXSHIELDAI is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing updates, or policy decisions made by these third parties. Third-party fees (such as telephony usage, AI usage, hosting costs) are typically billed separately from our service fees.

While we deliver professionally configured AI systems designed to improve lead capture, customer communication, booking conversion, and operational efficiency, NEXSHIELDAI does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or financial result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market, offer, traffic, and internal operations.

You agree not to use our services to engage in unlawful activity, distribute spam, violate telecommunications regulations (including consent requirements for voice or SMS outreach), infringe intellectual property, or harm any third party. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and contact lists you connect to systems we deploy on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXSHIELDAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of our services or website at any time to keep our offerings current, secure, and aligned with evolving technology. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to clients in advance where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate competent courts in Canada unless otherwise required by applicable law.
